The agent of Ryan Doumit is disputing comments from one of his former teammates in Minnesota.
Brian Dozier said that Dormit was not catching anymore” after “talking it over with his family” but those comments are simply not true.
Told by Ryan Doumit's agent that #Twins' Dozier's comment about new #Braves C/OF/1B not intending to catch anymore was not true.

The Braves expect Doumit to back up Evan Gattis behind the plate and could play him at first base and outfield some as well. Doumit appeared in 135 games last season hitting .247/.314/.396 with 14 home runs and 55 RBI.
