The MLB commissioner’s office has suspended San Francisco Giants minor leaguer Marco Guzman for 50 games.
Guzman has tested positive for metabolites of Nandrolone according to a MLB Press Release. The 19-year-old has compiled a .215/.343/.307 line with a home run and 26 RBI in 93 games with the Giants in the Dominican Summer League the last two years.
His suspension will start once the season begins.
