The Tigers are saying Coke is dealing with left elbow tenderness after he had trouble finishing his pitches on Wednesday night. With the AL Central crown nearly in the bag the Tigers will make sure Coke is healthy and rested for the playoffs.
Coke holds a 5.40 ERA and a 1.67 WHIP on the season.
