Jordan Walden was charged with the lone run in Saturday nights game against the Marlins which saw the Braves 14 game win streak end. Walden was also hit with a comebacker in the ninth inning.
X-rays on Walden’s right hand came back negative and the Braves will be hopeful that he avoids the disabled list.
X-rays on Walden’s right hand negative, little swollen but as of now it’s not expected to be a DL thing.

Walden has appeared in 43 games this season and holds a 2.50 ERA and a 1.06 WHIP this season. The Braves will continue to count on the 25-year-0ld to be a valuable piece at the back end of their bullpen.
