A MRI taken on Saturday revealed no structural damage to the elbow of Atlanta Braves pitcher Brandon Beachy.

Beachy, 26, has been working his way back from Tommy John surgery but came down with a case of inflammation after his final minor league rehab outing on Thursday.

In his final rehab outing Beachy lasted only three innings allowing three runs on three hits and allowed four walks. The Braves have not revealed how they plan to return Beachy to the rotation when he is healthy.

Julio Teheran and Kris Medlen are the most obvious candidates to be replaced. Medlen is on pace to set a career high in innings pitched and also has experience as a reliever.
