Officials ruled that Sharks goalie Martin Jones was interfered with and disallowed the goal.<\/p>\n<p>The Shawks would eventually take a 1-0 lead before adding an empty net goal at the end of the game. Had Mashinter&#8217;s goal been allowed it&#8217;s unclear how the game would have played out but a 1-1 tie could have happened.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-lang=\"en\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Joel Quenneville storms out of his postgame presser after discussing Mashinter&#39;s goal being disallowed. <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/Blackhawks?src=hash\">#Blackhawks<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/Qo0gwxKbBS\">pic.twitter.com\/Qo0gwxKbBS<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&mdash; Cristiano Simonetta (@CMS_74_) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/CMS_74_\/status\/697283954043293698\">February 10, 2016<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>Speaking to reporters after the game Quenneville spoke about the disallowed goal.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s gotten to a different level,\u201d Quenneville said. \u201cI don\u2019t know the rules anymore, or something\u2019s changed, because my understanding, played a lot of hockey, I don\u2019t know.
