Those words are being matched by silence between the two parties.<\/p>\n<p>The Cowboys could release or trade Ware who would need to take a significant paycut in order to stay with the team in 2014. With his pay dropping off last season and the Cowboys nearly $19 million over the salary cap something will have to give.<\/p>\n<p>NFL Network&#8217;s Ian Rapoport reports that there is &#8220;no communication&#8221; between the Cowboys and Ware.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" lang=\"en\"><p>Jerry Jones told SportsCenter DeMarcus Ware could be cut.
