Instead the Packers will again roll with Flynn and backup Scott Tolzien.<\/p>\n<p>The news is hardly a surprise as Flynn had took nearly all of the first team snaps during practice this week.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;As an organization we are not ready for Aaron to play,&#8221; McCarthy told reporters. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;He understands where we are. Everything&#8217;s been explained,&#8221; McCarthy added. &#8220;He&#8217;s played with injuries. He&#8217;s a tough guy. Like I said, he&#8217;s done everything he possibly can to get back on the field.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Even without Rodgers the Packers can still win the NFC North if they simply win out.
