Browner even turned down an offer by the league to reduce his suspension which would have allowed him to return before November 2014.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" lang=\"en\">\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/search?q=%23Seahawks&amp;src=hash\">#Seahawks<\/a> CB Brandon Browner has been suspended indefinitely for violating the league\u2019s substance abuse policy, per source.<\/p>\n<p>&mdash; Ian Rapoport (@RapSheet) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/RapSheet\/statuses\/413454271674585088\">December 18, 2013<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><br \/>\nNow Browner will have to apply for reinstatement in one year, during which he will need to stay out of trouble.<\/p>\n<p>This ends his season and time in Seattle.
