Browns GM Mike Lombardi was a supporter of Hoyer during the quarterbacks time with New England.<\/p>\n<p>In all likelihood Hoyer is a bigger threat to Jason Campbell on the depth chart.<\/p>\n<p>Last season Hoyer made one start for the Cardinals and appeared in another game as a backup.
