The running back who is now a free agent said he had received threatening text messages from the ex-boyfriend of his girlfriend and believed she was in harm. He was arrested but cooperated with authorities. He has a valid license to carry the gun and was then relased on $3,000 bond.<\/p>\n<p>Tipton ran 10 times for 18 yards while catching six passes for 68 yards and a touchdown this season.
