Counting the one year left on his rookie contract Pouncey will make $48 million over the next six seasons.<\/p>\n<p>The Steelers will pay Pouncey a $13 million signing bonus.<\/p>\n<p>ProFootballTalks&#8217;s Mike Florio <a href=\"http:\/\/profootballtalk.nbcsports.com\/2014\/06\/12\/steelers-extend-maurkice-pouncey-by-five-years\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">reports<\/a> that &#8220;Pouncey will pocket $17.75 million by March of next year.  He\u2019ll have $23 million earned by March of 2016, and $26.5 million through the first three years.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>With the deal Pouncey becomes the NFL&#8217;s highest paid center.
