While the Bills had the No. 9 pick it was unlikely that Watkins would be on the board at that point. With that knowledge the Bills made a trade with the Cleveland Browns.<\/p>\n<p>In exchange for the rights to get Watkins, the Bills gave up the No. 9 pick, their 2015 first round pick and their fourth round pick in 2015.<\/p>\n<p>The addition of Watkins will give last year&#8217;s first round pick, EJ Manuel, a big target to throw to after they got Mike Williams in the offseason.
