While it cannot be ruled out that Vick could be the starter for Week 1 of the NFL season he was not getting the number away from Smith.<\/p>\n<p>Now after having some time to think about the No. 8, Vick is changing him uniform to No. 1.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" lang=\"en\">\n<p>After trying on the #8 I decided that it&#39;s not the right fit for me.
