Patrick cited an &#8220;irretrievably broken&#8221; marriage. Hospenthal did not contest the divorce making it official after a 60-day waiting period.<\/p>\n<p>Two months ago Patrick confirmed that she was dating fellow NASCAR driver Ricky Stenhouse Jr.<\/p>\n<p>According to court documents obtained Thursday by ESPN.com, the consent decree was signed by a judge on April 15 and filed two days later.<\/p>\n<p>Competing in her rookie season at the cup level, Patrick has made eight starts this season with a best finish of 12th at Martinsville.
