The truck will continue to race at Iowa and beyond according to team officials.<\/p>\n<p>The reason for the parting of ways is a lack of sponsorship.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We have been very lucky this season with the partners that the Armstrong&#8217;s have brought to the #98 truck,&#8221; said team spokesman Matt LaNeve. &#8220;However sponsorship funding was unable to be secured for the remaining eight races, resulting in ThorSport Racing having to part ways with Dakoda.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The departure of Armstrong will not impact the rest of ThorSport Racing&#8217;s entries in racing. The team will continue to run trucks for Matt Crafton and Johnny Sauter.
