With 40 cars racing each week and 36 teams locked into the season opening Daytona 500, there will be a few teams who will fail to make the first race of the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series season.<\/p>\n

Below is the entry list. Notice the 97 entry of Tanner Berryhill is absent as is the 7 of JJ Yeley. Not counting those two teams at least two cars would fail to make the race.<\/p>\n
