I just didn\u2019t feel to a point we were doing that. And you just can\u2019t keep doing the same thing if you expect a different result.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs you well know when you sign up for these jobs what\u2019s expected. You don\u2019t get any participation trophies. Results rule. It\u2019s long hours and a lot of time away from home and those type of things. So we just had to make a change. Obviously it wasn\u2019t changing the driver. Our driver\u2019s been doing a great job.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Kahne and the No. 95 team sits 28th in the driver points, a year after being 27th with Michael McDowell.<\/p>\n<p>The best finish for the team has been 17th which took place at Texas, Talladega and Dover.<\/p>\n<p id=\"yui_3_18_0_3_1529519321138_3143\">\u201cI\u2019m excited and thankful for the opportunity,\u201d Leonard said in a team release this week. \u201cI\u2019ve had a little experience at it before, so I can appreciate and understand what is expected and needed.
