Childress was upstairs in the residence with his wife and heard glass break at the lower level around 10:30 pm. At that point Childress grabbed a handgun and went downstairs where he fired shots at the intruders who had military style riffles with them.<\/p>\n<p>The three men were arrested and later named as Niquan Victorin, Chantz Kade Hines and Armeka Vantonne Spinks. They are being held on $250,000 bond.<\/p>\n<p>According to the Davidson County Sheriff&#8217;s Office the three men face additional charges of conspiracy to commit burglary and possession of stolen weapons.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>More charges have been filed against a trio of men who broke into the home of NASCAR car owner Richard Childress.
