The two earned one win in 2011 at Indianapolis Motor Speedway. The veteran crew chief who has also seen time at Robert Yates Racing, Hendrick Motorsports and DEI Inc. says he is looking forward to his new role with RCR.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m looking forward to slowing down in my NASCAR career a little bit and spending more time with my family,\u201d Labbe said. \u201cThis is a good move for RCR, Paul and the No. 27 team, and I\u2019m going to be there to help Justin with the upcoming transition.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Menard is currently 21st in the Sprint Cup Series point standings.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Slugger Labbe&#8217;s last race as the crew chief of the No. 27 Menard Chevrolet will come at Charlotte Motor Speedway later this month.
