Danica Patrick will forgo her iconic green “GoDaddy” paint scheme this October, and instead feature a bright pink\u00a0paint scheme for each of the four races this month as a way to raise breast cancer awareness.<\/p>\n

“GoDaddy has been such a strong partner in the fight against breast cancer \u2026 the fact GoDaddy wanted to \u2018go pink\u2019 for the whole month of October really says a lot about our commitment to this cause.\u201d Danica said.<\/p>\n

GoDaddy will also be teaming up with the Public Interest Registry to donate $50,000 to the National Breast Cancer Foundation.<\/p>\n

If you are heading to the track, fans will be able to contribute by purchasing items from Patrick’s team hauler, as GoDaddy will be donating a portion of the October proceeds to the National Breast Cancer Foundation.<\/p>\n

Patrick’s car will be pink starting this weekend for the Hollywood Casino 400 at Kansas Speedway<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Patrick will not be alone in the stunt, as the teams IndyCar driver James Hinchcliffe will also feature a color change this month.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve been told real men wear pink, so I am all for it,\u201d said Hinchcliffe, who like Danica is wearing pink GoDaddy sneakers today as a visible sign of solidarity.<\/p>\n

They have been tremendous supporters of breast cancer research in the past.
