It is a good bet that Abreu will be ready to return once his time is up. <\/p>\n<p>It has been known for some time that Abreu had been nursing a ankle injury. For now Paul Konerko and Adam Dunn will handle first base duties. Abreu has been having a fine rookie season hitting .260\/.312\/.595 with 15 home runs and 42 RBI.<\/p>\n<p>The good news for the White Sox is that Adam Eaton has been activated from Triple-A Charlotte.
