Stiviano but nonetheless the longtime member of the Los Angeles Dodgers said he &#8220;hopes she gets hit with a car.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Lasorda said he had been a friend of Sterling for 30 years but was not all too surprised by the owners comments.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It doesn&#8217;t surprise me that he said those things&#8230; he shouldn&#8217;t have. He hurt himself by talking too much by doing things he shouldn&#8217;t.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/L58UIRf4mqU\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I don&#8217;t wish that girl any bad luck, but I hope she gets hit with a car.&#8221; said Lasorda to West Palm Beach station WPBF.<\/p>\n<p>Sterling was fined $2.5 million and banned him from any association with the Clippers by the NBA a week ago.<\/p>\n<p>No word of who would be driving the car, the year, make or model.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tommy Lasorda said he meant no harm to V.
