Sabean went on to talk about how catching &#8220;is his passion, and that&#8217;s where we need him to be at long term.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>For now there appears to be no reason to believe that Posey will play the majority of the 2014 season anywhere other than at catcher.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The San Francisco Giants do not plan to move Buster Posey to first base full-time.
