O&#8217;Day and the Orioles finalized a two-year contract with the Baltimore Orioles worth $5.8 million.<\/p>\n<p>Previously the record low for hearings was three set in 2005 and matched in 2009 and 2011. In 1986 a record 35 cases went to hearings.<\/p>\n<p>The Orioles have a $4.25 million option for 2015 with a $400,000 buyout.
