San Francisco Giants pitcher Tim Lincecum is not worried about a blister that forced him from his Wednesday start against the Chicago Cubs.
Lincecum had a no hitter though five innings before leaving with a blister. All signs suggest he will be ready to go next Tuesday when the Giants travel to take on the Cincinnati Reds.
“I’m just letting it naturally dry out,” he said via the Giants website.
On the season Lincecum is 4-3 though 11 starts with a 4.18 ERA and a 1.54 WHIP.
