The season will just not end. On Monday the Texas Rangers will host the Tampa Bay Rays in a game to determine the second AL wild-card spot.
Texas or Tampa Bay will face Cleveland on Wednesday at Progressive Field in Cleveland, Ohio.
The Indians won their 10th straight game on Sunday to earn the first wild-card spot with a 92-70 record. Texas won seven straight themselves in order to finish 91-71 in a tie with Tampa.
