Carmen Brown of Arlington was waiting in line as the victim was being secured in for the ride. She said she believed that the woman\u2019s son was on the ride with her.<\/p>\n
Brown said the woman had expressed concern to a park employee that she was not secured correctly in her seat.<\/p>\n
\u201cHe was basically nonchalant,\u201d Brown said. \u201cHe was, like, \u2018As long as you heard it click, you\u2019re fine.\u2019 Hers was the only one that went down once, and she didn\u2019t feel safe. But they let her still get on the ride.\u201d<\/p>\n
She said the victim fell out of the ride as it made a sudden maneuver.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe lady basically tumbled over,\u201d she said. \u201cWe heard her screaming. We were, like, \u2018Did she just fall?\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n
Investigators were interviewing witnesses on the ride, some of whom reported that the woman had been thrown from the roller coaster as it rounded a turn. Arlington police declined to comment on the accident.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
The woman is believed to have been on the ride with at-least one child.<\/p>\n
Another park guest says he heard people screaming, \u201c\u2018My mom! My mom! Let us out, we need to go get her!\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n
