Jennifer Capriati will avoid chargers for battery and stalking which stemmed from a 2013 confrontation with an ex-boyfriend.

Mike Edmondson, spokesman for the Palm Beach County state attorney’s office, said the charges were dropped in exchange for Capriati’s completion of 30 hours of community service and four hours of anger management counseling.

Capriati attended anger management sessions last week and have also completed her community service.

A member of the International Tennis Hall of Fame, Capriati was accused of punching Ivan Brannan at a gym last year after stalking him for four months.
