Austin Davis proved to be effective for the Rams in their Week 2 over the Buccaneers but that hardly guarantees him another start as the quarterback of the team.
Davis was 22-of-29 for 235 yards in Week 2 for the Rams who will host the Cowboys on Sunday.
Shaun Hill, who opened the season as the Rams starter, remained limited in practice on Thursday but head coach Jeff Fisher would not rule him out as being the starter on Sunday.
QB Shaun Hill did a little more in Thursday's practice. Still limited, though. Fisher said QB decision will likely be made pre game Sunday.

The Rams quarterback situation remains one to avoid in fantasy circles.
