After dropping their first two games the Browns switched quarterbacks to Brian Hoyer. The results have been consecutive wins even as the team traded away running back Trent Richardson.
In Buffalo there have been ups and downs with rookie quarterback EJ Manuel but the Bills are coming off a 23-20 win against Baltimore in Week 4.
