Josh Williams Returns to DGM Racing in Multi-Year Deal as Team Prepares for 2026 NOAPS Season

With just 92 days remaining until the inaugural NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series (NOAPS) race, DGM Racing has confirmed that veteran driver Josh Williams will return to the organization in a multi-year agreement. Williams, a longtime member of the Florida-based team and a fan favorite known for his grit and resilience, will once again pilot the No. 92 Chevrolet full-time beginning in 2026.

The 2026 season opener at Daytona International Speedway on February 14 will not only mark the start of Williams’ new contract but will also be a personal milestone: his 250th career NOAPS start. Born and raised in Port Charlotte, Florida, the 31-year-old driver has spent the majority of his career building a home with DGM Racing. Of his 249 starts to date, 170 have come with DGM, producing the strongest numbers of his career—a best finish of sixth, 11 top-10 results, and 34 top-15 efforts. His breakout year came in 2020, when he established himself as a consistent competitor in the series.

DGM Elevates Veteran Crew Chief Steve Addington

As part of the team’s push into this new era, DGM Racing is also making changes atop the No. 92 pit box. Steve Addington, who worked part-time with the team in 2025—including two races with Williams—will take over as full-time crew chief in 2026. Addington brings more than three decades of NASCAR experience, having amassed over 750 national series starts, 11 NOAPS victories, and 20 NASCAR Cup Series wins during a distinguished career. His résumé includes working with elite talents such as Kyle Busch, Kurt Busch, and Tony Stewart.

Williams expressed enthusiasm for the continuity and momentum the team is building.

“The entire Gosselin family has been nothing but great to me my entire NASCAR career, and I consider them family of my own,” Williams said. “I’m thankful to have the opportunity to bring an amazing group of partners to the team that are ready to support our dream of taking this team to the next level – something that everyone at DGM deserves. I’m confident that Steve will be a huge asset to our group, and I look forward to working alongside him and Mario to put the No. 92 up front and build something special for years to come.”

Reed Sorenson Returning as Spotter

Joining Williams in 2026 will be Reed Sorenson, a former NASCAR driver who has spotted for Williams periodically over the last five years. The duo enjoyed notable success together in 2020, when Williams secured his career-best sixth-place finish at Kansas Speedway and posted six top-10 results en route to finishing 15th in the championship standings. Their reunion provides DGM with a veteran communication team as they approach the inaugural NOAPS season.

Team owner Mario Gosselin celebrated the return of Williams, calling it a meaningful moment for the organization.

“It really is a full-circle moment welcoming Josh back to our organization,” Gosselin said. “We’ve spent countless hours working on racecars together, achieving some of our best results, and building memories that have shaped this team into what it is today. Josh is more than just a driver – he is a true friend of mine and someone that we all call family. He even shared his sponsor with me so I could race last off-season! He’s a racer through and through, and his passion makes him a perfect fit for our team as we enter a new era in the NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series.”

Josh Bilicki Will Not Return to DGM Racing in 2026

As Williams returns, another familiar name is departing. Josh Bilicki, who has driven 44 races for DGM Racing since 2022, will not be part of the team’s 2026 lineup. DGM announced Bilicki’s exit on Thursday, marking the end of a productive four-year partnership.

Bilicki ran 19 of his 20 Xfinity Series races in 2025 with DGM, adding to a career chapter that included a pair of top-10 finishes with the team. His best result—an eighth-place finish at Road America—came in 2023. He also scored a top-10 at Watkins Glen in 2024 and impressed in his DGM debut at Daytona in 2022, leading 10 laps in the season opener. That performance remains tied for the most laps he’s led in any single race, matching his 2024 outing with Joe Gibbs Racing at the Charlotte ROVAL.

Bilicki expressed gratitude in a farewell message shared on social media:

“Thank you to DGM Racing and the entire Gosselin family for four great years of working together. We shared highs, lows, and plenty of memories that I’ll carry with me! I’m extremely grateful for everything this family-run team has done for my career. While this chapter is coming to a close, I’m excited for what’s ahead in 2026!”

A New Era Approaches for DGM Racing

As the inaugural NOAPS season draws near, DGM Racing enters 2026 with a blend of stability, reunion, and fresh opportunities. Josh Williams returns to the No. 92 stronger than ever, paired with a championship-proven crew chief and a trusted spotter. Meanwhile, Josh Bilicki moves on to the next phase of his racing career after leaving a meaningful mark on the team.

With new leadership atop the pit box, strengthened partnerships, and a driver deeply connected to the organization, DGM Racing is poised to make a significant impact as NASCAR’s newest era begins.
