Colton Herta’s time of 1:00.478 bested David Maluka to place the Andretti Global Honda on the pole for Sunday’s Chevrolet Grand Prix.
Herta’s teammate Kyle Kirkwood, who was fastest in Friday’s practice, will start third with Christian Lundgaard and Graham Rahal rounding out the top-five. Indianapolis 500 winner and points leader Alex Palou will start sixth while Rinus VeeKay, Scott McLaughlin, Will Power and Scott Dixon made up the rest of the top ten.
Fox will have coverage of the Chevrolet Detroit Grand Prix beginning at 12:30 pm ET.
