Morgan & Morgan Renews Multi-Year Partnership with Richard Childress Racing, Kicking Off 2025 Season at Darlington with Kyle Busch

Morgan & Morgan, the nation’s largest injury law firm, has officially renewed its multi-year, multi-race partnership with Richard Childress Racing (RCR), strengthening a relationship that began in 2023 and marked a first-of-its-kind sponsorship within the NASCAR Cup Series.

The groundbreaking collaboration, which made Morgan & Morgan the first trial injury law firm to sponsor a race team at NASCAR’s highest level, has grown steadily thanks to a shared commitment to cause marketing and an innovative, community-centered approach to business.

As part of the renewed deal, two-time NASCAR Cup Series Champion Kyle Busch will once again take the wheel of the No. 8 Morgan & Morgan Chevrolet, debuting the 2025 season’s paint scheme at the Cook Out Southern 500 at Darlington Raceway on August 31. The race, one of NASCAR’s most iconic events, will be broadcast live on USA Network beginning at 6 p.m. EST.

“Richard Childress Racing has been an incredible partner to us for the past two years, and we’re thrilled to be able to extend our partnership,” said Dan Morgan, Managing Partner at Morgan & Morgan. “RCR and their drivers share the same values and passion that we do as a firm in giving back to the community, and we’re excited to continue to work together. We know that Kyle has some of the best fans in NASCAR, and we’re excited to see him continuing to represent Morgan & Morgan on the track beginning with Darlington Raceway in August.”

The partnership not only highlights Morgan & Morgan’s dedication to creative marketing strategies but also underscores a mutual focus on family values, integrity, and making a positive impact in communities across the country—principles both the law firm and RCR hold dear.

“We pride ourselves on innovative partnerships and look forward to continuing our relationship with Morgan & Morgan,” said Richard Childress, chairman and CEO of Richard Childress Racing. “The firm’s family focus and commitment to the communities they serve aligns well with the way we operate our team. We value their support and look forward to building additional success together.”

With Kyle Busch—a veteran driver with a passionate fan base and a reputation for competitive excellence—behind the wheel, the Morgan & Morgan No. 8 Chevrolet is sure to be a prominent fixture throughout the 2025 NASCAR season.
