Jesse Love Set to Make NASCAR Cup Series Debut at Bristol Motor Speedway

Richard Childress Racing (RCR) announced today that NASCAR Xfinity Series rising star Jesse Love will make his NASCAR Cup Series debut at Bristol Motor Speedway on Sunday, April 13. Love will drive the No. 33 C4 Ultimate Energy Chevrolet as he takes on the high banks of the iconic track, often referred to as the “Last Great Colosseum.”

For Love, the Cup Series debut marks the culmination of years of hard work and determination. “Racing in the Cup Series has always been my main goal and dream,” Love shared. “Everything I’ve done up to this point in my career has been building to this moment. To make my Cup Series debut at this age is very special, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to do it with RCR. Everyone has welcomed me with open arms over the last year, and the organization feels like family.”

The 20-year-old Californian has quickly made a name for himself in the world of motorsports, building an impressive resume in a relatively short period. In his rookie season of the 2024 Xfinity Series, Love claimed his first series win, earned five poles (the most in the series), and took home the coveted Sunoco Rookie of the Year award. His rise to prominence started even earlier when he became the youngest champion in NASCAR history by winning the 2020 ARCA Menards Series West title at just 16 years old. Love continued his dominance in 2023 by winning half of the races in the ARCA Menards Series, securing another championship.

In 2025, Love’s Xfinity Series career has continued to soar, with a standout victory in the season-opening race at Daytona International Speedway. That win has already locked his team into the Playoffs, setting the stage for even greater accomplishments in the year ahead.

Richard Childress, chairman and CEO of RCR, expressed his excitement for Love’s upcoming Cup Series debut: “I’m excited to have Jesse make his Cup Series debut in the No. 33 Chevrolet,” said Childress. “From the moment I started watching Jesse race, I knew he had the talent. He has the passion for wanting to win and doing the best possible for his team. To be a great driver, you need passion behind the wheel, and Jesse certainly has that. We’ve seen him develop over the past year since he joined RCR, and I look forward to helping him compete at the highest level of our sport.”

As part of the race, C4®, the global leader in pre-workout products and a fast-growing energy drink company, will continue its partnership with RCR, featuring the C4 Ultimate Energy line. Recently, Nutrabolt, the owner of C4®, introduced the Frost collection, a new product extension with three refreshing flavors and unique can technology that changes from silver to blue when cold and ready to drink.

The Food City 500 at Bristol Motor Speedway will begin with the green flag waving at 3:00 p.m. ET on Sunday, April 13. Fans can catch the live coverage on FS1 and listen to flag-to-flag coverage on the Performance Racing Network and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio Channel 90. For more information, visit rcrracing.com.
