Brad Perez Set to Compete at Homestead-Miami with KSDT CPA and FIU Athletics

Alpha Prime Racing driver Brad Perez is set to hit the track at Homestead-Miami Speedway with new partnerships from KSDT CPA and Florida International University (FIU) Athletics. The Florida native, who has built a reputation as a versatile competitor, will pilot the No. 45 car in the NASCAR Xfinity Series event at his home track.

A Homecoming for Perez

Perez, a first-generation racer of Puerto Rican and Dominican descent, embraces a multifaceted role at Alpha Prime Racing, running a part-time schedule while also contributing as a crew member on weekends when he is not behind the wheel. Returning to Homestead-Miami holds significant meaning for him.

“Being a kid who grew up in South Florida, having the opportunity to represent a great Florida business like KSDT CPA and a great Florida institution like FIU is an honor,” Perez said. “I’m so excited to race at the place that made me a fan of racing and brought myself and KSDT together, Homestead-Miami Speedway.”

The KSDT CPA Connection

Perez first connected with KSDT CPA during their sponsorship of former Xfinity Series team JD Motorsports, where he got his first break as a NASCAR crew member. The ongoing relationship has provided valuable mentorship and career guidance.

“Jeff and the crew have been great to me over the years. They’ve given me a lot of guidance in managing my accounts in my career,” Perez explained. “Jeff and KSDT CPA are a hands-on group and that really mirrors who I am and who our team at Alpha Prime Racing are.”

Jeff Taraboulos, Managing Partner of KSDT CPA, emphasized the significance of their partnership with Perez.

“Brad Perez is not only an exceptional talent on the track but also a valued client of KSDT CPA, which makes this partnership especially important to us,” Taraboulos said. “This collaboration is a testament to the effectiveness of uniting business and sports for mutual success.”

FIU Athletics Joins the Race

Further strengthening the partnership, FIU Athletics will be prominently featured on Perez’s No. 45 car during the race. Their Panther logo and school colors will add a vibrant presence to his vehicle.

“Sponsoring the 45 car in the NASCAR Xfinity Series alongside FIU Athletics exemplifies our dedication to fostering growth, excellence, and community impact,” Taraboulos added. “By continuing to connect our clients with impactful sponsorships, we aim to strengthen visibility, inspire greatness, and amplify success for everyone involved—both on the track and beyond.”
