Grillo’s Pickles Extends Partnership with Todd Gilliland and Front Row Motorsports for 2025

Following the overwhelming popularity of the Pickle Car, Front Row Motorsports (FRM) and Grillo’s Pickles have announced an extension of their partnership with Todd Gilliland for the 2025 NASCAR Cup Series season. The Grillo’s Pickles Ford Mustang Dark Horse, affectionately known as the Pickle Car, will return to the track for three high-profile races next year, including Pocono Raceway, New Hampshire Motor Speedway, and the Chicago Street Race.

The partnership, which initially gained widespread attention during the Pickle Car’s appearances at New Hampshire, Michigan, and Daytona in 2024, has been met with enthusiasm from race and pickle fans alike. Adam Kaufman, President and CEO of Grillo’s Pickles, expressed excitement about continuing the collaboration.

“We are excited to extend our partnership with Todd and Marissa Gilliland and Front Row Motorsports,” Kaufman said. “Todd and the Front Row Team have been amazing partners to encourage Grillo’s Pickles and NASCAR fans to Chill Out and Eat a Pickle. In addition to the three races featuring the Pickle Car’s unique livery, Grillo’s Pickles will serve as a season-long associate partner of Gilliland and his team in 2025. Gilliland, who has been energized by the fan response to the Pickle Car, shared his thoughts on the growing partnership.

“I think everyone loves Grillo’s Pickles,” said Gilliland. “They debuted such an awesome scheme at New Hampshire, and fans fell in love with the program. The Pickle Car has really taken on a life of its own, and I can see it becoming one of NASCAR’s most popular schemes. Things are getting better and better with our team, and the partners make it all possible.”

The collaboration has also extended to engaging social media content, featuring Gilliland, his team, and the charismatic Sam Sam the Pickle Man. Grillo’s plans to continue building on this success, advancing Sam Sam’s journey to becoming the “World’s Most Interesting Pickle” both on and off the track.

Marissa Gilliland, who has played a key role in the partnership, also expressed her enthusiasm for the continuation of the relationship.

Grillo’s Pickles, known for their 100-year-old family recipe and origins as a humble pickle cart in Boston Common, has grown into a national brand with grocery store distribution. Their expanded presence in NASCAR with FRM and Gilliland reflects their commitment to bringing unique and memorable experiences to fans.
