Thomas Schrage and Evagoras Papasavvas began the event on the front but caution would fall after Elliot Cox and Michael Costello came together in turn nine.
When the race returned to green Papasavvas would find himself off track losing multiple positions. Another caution would soon follow.
Once the race resumed being green it was Max Taylor out front on his way to winning the event with 12 of the 20 laps led.
