Ryan Blaney became the first ever NASCAR Cup Series winner at Iowa Speedway on a hot Sunday night.
Blaney won the inaugural Iowa Corn 350 by 0.716 seconds over William Byron after leading 201 laps.
For much of the race Kyle Larson had the top car however with 80 laps to go in the race he got caught up in an incident with Daniel Suarez and Denny Hamlin as he tried to drive between the two.
