Lochie Hughes began USF Pro 2000 Race No. 1 on the pole at Road America.
The win propels Hughes to the point lead in the series. Nikita Johnson began the race as the points leader and finished the race seventh.
The series will have a second race at 5:10 pm ET before wrapping up the weekend with a third on Sunday morning at 11:00 am. All USF Championship events can be found on YouTube.
