With Ryan Tannehill out with an ankle injury for Week 8, the Tennessee Titans are going to give Will Levis an opportunity under center according to Ian Rappoport.
Malik Willis could see time at quarterback also but most of those plays would figure to be designed run options.
The Titans drafted Levis out of Kentucky in the second round of the NFL Draft. In what is turning into a lost season for the team his start today could pave the way for more this season.
Rappoport added that the Titans were not shopping running back Travis Henry but were listening to offers ahead of Tuesday’s trade deadline.
The Titans (2-4) host the Atlanta Falcons (4-3) at Nissan Stadium for a 1 pm ET kickoff.
