Justin Allgaier went to victory lane Friday night scoring the win in the Xfinity Series race under the lights at Bristol Motor speedway.
Cole Custer began the night on the pole and would win the first stage. In the second stage Allgaier would move to the front of the field as Parker Kligerman’s playoff hopes would take a massive hit after he took his car to the garage with brake and a right front hub issue.
Later in the second stage contact between Sam Mayer and Josh Berry would end with both cars wrecking collecting teammate Brandon Jones and others in the process. All three of the JR Motorsports cars would see their night end as Allgaier claimed the win in the second stage.
In the third stage Sheldon Creed would spin teammate Austin Hill sending him into the wall. Allgaier would hang on for his 22nd career win in the series. He will now move onto the round of 8.
