Keith McGee returning to Reaume Brothers for Talladega race in No. 33 truck

Reaume Brothers Racing is excited to welcome back Keith McGee to the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series at Talladega. McGee will carry sponsorship from More Core Diamond Drilling Services out of Stewart, British Columbia, Canada.

Life hasn’t slowed down for McGee after returning home to Alaska after a multi-year stint living and working in the Carolinas. “When I moved back to Alaska I knew in my heart that I would be able to continue racing in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck series. Taking a job as a safety advisor was definitely a change of paths but I knew it would bring new opportunities with it.” While those opportunities may have been different, Keith McGee found a way to bring his two passions together. “Those opportunities brought me to Green Creek Mine on Admiralty Island, Alaska, where I would be in charge of Safety for More Core Diamond Drilling Services. More Core expressed an interest in partnering with me for a race, and Talladega seemed like the perfect fit for this blue collar company.”

Josh Reaume, owner of Reaume Brothers Racing, was always optimistic that Keith McGee would return to the NCTS. “I’m not going to lie, it’s been a different atmosphere at the shop since Keith went back to Alaska. Seeing his enthusiasm every day was a huge motivator for the whole team, and that has never decreased no matter the time zone difference.” Talladega is the home of McGee’s best career finish in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, a tenth place finish in a damage-filled 2020 race. “We all know that Keith is capable at such a daunting facility as Talladega. I’m one happy team owner to give him the opportunity!”

Watch Keith McGee in the No. 33 More Core Ford F-150 during the Love’s RV Stop 250 at Talladega Superspeedway, Saturday September 30th at 2:00 PM EST on FS1.
