The crew chief for Sammy Smith has been fined 5,000 following this past weekend’s race at Dover Motor Speedway.
Jeff Meendering received the fine after Smith’s car was found to not have a lug nut properly installed at the conclusion of the A-Game 200.
There were no other penalties for Dover.
