Kyle Busch and Richard Childress Racing have added a new sponsor to the No. 8 Chevrolet Camaro.
McLaren Custom Grills has partnered with RCR to sponsor Busch for the first time this Sunday at Talladega Superspeedway with additional races to follow.
“Both Richard Childress Racing and Kyle Busch have wide-reaching fan appeal so we can’t wait to cater to their passionate fan base with our custom grills,” said Mike McLaren, owner of McLaren Custom Grills. “We believe this race team partnership is the perfect platform for our custom grills and can’t wait to see the McLaren Custom Grill Chevy on the track this season.”
Busch’s lone win at Talladega came in April of 2008. Across 35 starts at the 2.66-mile track Busch has scored seven top five finishes, and nine top-ten finishes.
Though nine races this season Busch has scored a win, two top-five, four top-ten, and currently sits eighth in the overall driver point standings.
