Brendan Hunt is an American actor, writer, and teacher. He is best known for his role as Coach Beard on the Apple TV+ series “Ted Lasso”. Before his breakout role in “Ted Lasso”, Hunt had appeared in several productions including “We’re the Millers”, “Horrible Bosses”, and “Key and Peele”. Hunt is also known for his work as a writer, having written episodes of “Ted Lasso” and the sketch comedy show “MADtv”. Hunt has taught improvisation at various schools and training centers in Los Angeles, and has also performed with several improv groups.
