Natalie Decker will drive the No. 53 Ford Fusion of Emerling-Gase Motorsports in the ARCA Menards Series opener at Daytona International Speedway.
With Decker joining Emerling-Gase Motorsports, she will compete in events in both the NASCAR Xfinity Series and ARCA Menards Series in 2023.
“Natalie is a great addition to our team, I remember back when she was a teenager competing in her super late at New Smyrna Speedweeks and I was racing Modifieds; she showed great talent. Needless to say, that’s why she’s here in our ARCA car at Daytona and a part of our NASCAR XFINITY Series team,” stated Patrick Emerling (co-owner of Emerling-Gase Motorsports).
Over the past two seasons Decker has run in select Xfinity Series for various organizations.
Decker last competed in the ARCA Menards Series in 2020 when she ran a one-off event for Ken Schrader Racing in 2020. In 2018 she competed the full schedule finishing seventh in the driver standings after scoring top-five finishes at Daytona and Elko.
