Jade Buford and Big Machine Racing will return to the NASCAR Xfinity Series season in 2022 with an enhanced partnership with Richard Childress Racing.
Buford has driven for the team, owned by Big Machine Record CEO Scott Borchetta, this season in 27 races. His best finish was a ninth place run at Michigan. The team has found themselves able to finish 23 of their events while being on the lead lap 15 times.
“To be able to join Richard Childress and the iconic RCR means we just put a turbocharger on our Big Machine Racing program,” Borchetta said in a team release. “As a racer and fan, I’ve always looked up to Richard, all of his accomplishments and his organization. He’s a winner in the truest sense and I look forward to the day that we can share our first victory together.”
