Justin Haley cleared to race at COTA

A week after missing the NASCAR Xfintiy and Cuo Series races at Dover International Speedway, Justin Haley will return to action this weekend.

Kaulig Racing announced that Haley would be back behind the wheel of the No. 11 Chevrolet for the inaugural race at Circuit of the Americas in Austin, Texas.

Through nine events this season Haley has scored six top-10 finishes.
