Brad Keselowski has earned the Busch Pole Award for Sunday’s running of the Goodyear 40 at Darlington Raceway.
This is the second straight pole in a row for Keselowski and the No. 2 Ford.
NASCAR used the qualifying metric to determine the starting lineup which is made up of:
· 25 percent: Driver’s finishing position from the previous race
· 25 percent: Car owner’s finishing position from the previous race
· 35 percent: Team owner points ranking
· 15 percent: Fastest lap from the previous race
The next Cup Series event scheduled to have qualifying is the May 23 race at the debuting Circuit of The Americas road course in Austin, TX.
